职位描述：
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and Web Master to shape the web development strategy based on commercial upside according to budget and company schedule;
- Work closely with Marketing Director to ensure best in class content is delivered in the best possible way, keeping web pages up to date and relevant, including: product descriptions, banner ideas, marketing material design, SEO positioning and key words;
- Analyze visitor behaviour to inform development priorities aimed at improving conversion rates, recommend and manage user experience improvements based on best practice and testing data;
- Ensure the accuracy of website analytics and report performance appropriately to the business;
- Maintain connections with market platform representatives (e.g., Tmall, JD, etc.) and identify opportunities on other new third party platforms; Manage all contracts between these companies;
- Manage order fulfilment, product delivery, refunds and new customer registration;
- Provide online and offline support to customers in the areas of product inquiry, payment and logistics;
- Facilitate and provide responsible use by team members of the ERP and CRM systems.

Qualification for the Job
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant major
- Minimum 5 years experience at E-commerce area in MNC or E-commerce agencies
- Strong customer focus and knowledge in business
- Background in digital marketing would be prefered
- Experience in durable consumption industry or home appliance related brand will be a plus
- Self-motivated, actionable, and be able to manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way, while maintaining high quality work
- Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Good user knowledge of PC software 举报 分享
