职位(Position): 销售工程师Sales Engineer
工作地点(Work location):上海(Shanghai)
汇报对象(Report to):东部区域销售经理Eastern area sales Manager
职位描述(Job responsibilities):包括但不限(including but not limited to
- 在地区经理的指导下进行销售工作;
Run daily sales under area manager guidance
- 在划定区域内开发新的合作伙伴(经销商);
Develop partners (distributors) within the responsible area
- 拜访并维护好已有合作伙伴
Visits and keeps good relationship with current partners
- 与合作伙伴一起拜访客户进行产品推广、提供解决方案,并对合作伙伴的销售人员进行产品知识和销售技能的培训;
Pays visit to terminal clients for product promotion and proper product recommendation; Coaching the sales members of distributor for product acknowledge and sales skills.
- 与公司的技术支持人员做好衔接和跟进,解决客户的售前和售后服务问题;
Coordinate with after-sales technical staff for prior sales& after-sales support to clients
- 接收合作伙伴的订单,与公司内勤衔接,保证订单的顺利执行;
Takes care daily sales coordination and ensure smooth order delivery

职位要求(Qualification and Experience expectation):
- 大学全日制专科以上工科专业毕业,男女不限;
Colleague Or above Education and major in Engineering relative fields is preferred.
- 有一年以上全职工作经历;
At least one year or above full-time working experience
- 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神;
Good communication skill and team work spirit.
技能要求及个人物质(Skills and Personal Attributes):
- 普通话流利,英语能读写,能直接阅读英文资料和常用口语交流
Fluent mandarin & English written and reading at least with basic Oral English communication skills in daily
- 熟悉电脑操作,熟练使用常用办公软件(Excel ,Word, PPT)及邮件往来;有独立编制PPT并使用和宣讲的能力
Highly computer literate – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; email. Can fluent use PPT for presentation independently.
自我驱动,能根据事项轻重缓急有效安排事务处理顺序
Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives
能够承受频繁出差安排,独立展开工作,善于交际、自我管理和化解压力。
People who willing to frequent travel, independent work/Open-mind/ self-incentive driven and can standby pressure has the priority
