职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 采样排单： 按实验室排单规定对业务人员提交的采样需求进行排单处理，协助资源调节，并在业务团队中通告排单计划表。
2、 订单处理 ：处理及推进检测订单，帮助业务制作报价单、合同等，与客户确认监测委托信息；
3、 工作进度汇报： 按业务部助理日工作记录表将所处理的订单分别通知相关业务人员替代业务与实验室对接接单后的测试事宜（如测试过程中的合同变更以及测试后的报告更改申请等）；
4、 结案工作： 催促报告及订单相关文件整理；完成开票及报告发放，协助业务催款；
5、 售后工作： 协助业务寄送发票、报告、合同及相关宣传资料给客户；
6、 业务若出差，替业务处理能够处理的事宜并进行反馈记录；
7、 协助业务同事做好售后服务工作，提高客户满意度；
8、 配合并完成业务同事交待的工作，如制作标书、整理销售资料、协助签约等；
9、 为公司梳理业务部相关流程制成文件，统计日常销售数据：业务签单、回款、开票等；
10、 每天记录当日工作主要项目并定期进行工作总结；
任职条件：
1、 大学专科及以上学历，专业不限，优先考虑环境技术、化学分析、市场营销等相关专业；
2、 有1年或以上企业或渠道客户维护经验；
3、 逻辑思维能力和语言及书面表达能力良好；
4、 诚信、有责任心；
5、 Word&Excel办公软件应用熟练；
