职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责项目部部门内务处理工作：来人来电的接待、处理和转达；文件处理：行政、后勤、资料管理等；
2、按照工程资料管理的要求，简历现场各种技术资料（联系函、变更单、核定单等）的档案，并按规定进行管理；
3、负责工程技术类会议的记录，会议纪要的制作、发放；协助跟踪会议决定事项的处理；
4、负责工程技术类的档案、文件、图纸等资料的收发、归档日常管理工作；
5、协助部门经理进行对内、对外相关工作的联系、资料报送，并跟踪资料传递情况；
6、协助各专业工程师完成甲方设计变更等制图工作；
7、完成领导安排的其他工作；
任职要求：
1、工程管理相关专业
2、2年以上工作经验；
3、具有较强的服务意识，有一定的沟通能力，工作细心，吃苦耐劳；
4、品行端正，执行力强；
5、熟练使用各类办公软件及制图软件等。 举报 分享
