职位描述：
1.Performs First Article Inspection (FAI) on PCBAs, pre-fab parts, sheet-metal parts, Systems etc. following workmanship standards/procedures and company spec/guidelines。

2.Perform Gage R&R, training and give feedback to the dedicated contract manufacturer inspectors, operators and quality employees.


3.Support & facilitate the contract manufacturer during root cause analysis of quality issues (e.g.: defective PCBAs and/or Systems) using appropriate quality tools to identify appropriate and effective solutions.


4.Audit dedicated contract manufacturer products, procedures, practices and processes to ensure conformance to relevant Engineering and Manufacturing documentation, standards and documentation .


5.Audits other supplier products, procedures, practices and processes for conformity to existing configuration control documentation and to standard procedures and practices.

6.Travel to Suppliers and Customers sites as required, as well as to Kontron sites as deemed necessary.


7.Participate in QBR‘s and Quality Reviews with Kontron Canada Inc.

8.Participate in QBR‘s and Quality Reviews with Kontron Canada Inc.
? Publishes/reviews/distributes Quality reports/Key Performance indicators & shares with Kontron Canada Inc. on regular basis


任职要求：

5+ years related experience and/or training in quality engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good knowledge and experience in PCBA manufacturing.

Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese and English (verbal and written communication). Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.

General knowledge of Msoffice (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and statistical methods.

Ability to use measurement & inspection tools and equipment such as Flukes, Calipers, Granite Table, Micrometers, Thread Gauges, Pin Gauges, etc.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Knowledge of IPC-A-610 & IPC-WHMA-620. ICS Certification is an asset

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other ISO standards such ISO 13485 is an asset

Experience of Supplier audits an asset

Ability to develop reliability reports such as Gage R&R, Cpk, Ppk, MTBF, FMEA, FPY, Control Plans, Quality plans, etc. an asset

Ability to review and analyze PFMEA and FMEA an asset

Knowledge of project management, Lean Six Sigma, 6S, DMAIC, etc… an asset 举报 分享
