职位描述：
主要工作职责/Key Responsibilities
(A) SPECIFIC (60%)

1. Learns internal systems and processes, as well as specific hospital situation and challenges; completing all self-study reading, exercises, and activities in the prescribed timeline, accepting critical feedback and implementing suggestions; developing an understanding of OP rules and regulations; and becoming proficient in Parkway internal system and the hospital operating system.
2. Assists OP Coordinator to clarify and setup KPI for individual procedure based on OP Coordinator’s direction set.
3. Assist OP Owners to review and document the OP according to the KPI set by OP Coordinator; Ensuring the OP comply with Parkway corporate governance.
4. Fields incoming questions or issues by responding to incoming internal requests; providing comprehensive answers to questions pertaining acceptance of process; accurately documenting information into systems; capturing common issues to reduce recurring issues and inquiries; and meeting established standards for quality.
5. Assists OP Owners to review the OP regularly; maintaining and processing documentation in accordance with quality standards.


GENERAL (40%).
1. Provides administrative support to his/her supervisor.

2. Manages relationships with internal and external resources.
3. Duties and responsibilities are not limited to those specified above but may include other tasks depending on business

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related discipline;
? Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment
? Functional knowledge of healthcare Industry
? Speaks and writes fluent English and Mandarin

Additional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
? Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
? Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
? Utilizing communication skills, including both verbal and accurate written skills
