Job Summary
-Coordinate, lead and perform complex clerical accounting work within the payroll section to ensure timely and accurate payment for employees
-Coordinate the contract renewal
-Medical insurance administration

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-calculate monthly salary, physician incentive and local specialist payment
-provide monthly physician productivity report
-provide monthly benefit/bonus accrual report to finance
-declare income tax by using ETAX system
-explain employees’ enquiry related to salary and benefit
-assistance in yearly income tax report
-assistance in yearly social insurance contribution audit
-issue employment certificate / income certificate
-expats benefit administration including assistance in benefit claim, updating individual benefit spreadsheet and communicating benefit balance on request
-communicate C&B guideline to new Expats/physician, including explaining benefit allocation, benefit claim process, company insurance policy, banking hours calculation, banking hours reconciliation, over time pay, ect.
-coordination in enrollment, change and cancellation of medication insurance/ arrange premium payment/provide insurance report for taxation purpose.
-assistance in yearly budget planning/merit increase/bonus
-work closely with line manager to renew contract for existing employees
-compile data and generate various reports per request
-other assignment from supervisor

Qualifications

Education and/or professional qualifications (minimum requirements)
-Bachelor degree or above .
-Minimum 3 years relevant working experience for a multi-national or joint-venture company

Job Knowledge, Skills or Abilities (demonstrate skill in Administration, Management and Team working)
-Is capable of producing quality work which requires constant attention to detail
-Is able to establish and maintain efficient record-keeping systems
-Knows how to provide effective training and supervision of assigned staff
-Strong English – speaking, reading and writing
-Has the ability to offer instruction and advice to subordinates regarding departmental policies, methods and regulations
-Is able to maintain confidential records as necessary
-Advanced computer skills required
-Organized and team player??
