职位描述：
Major Job Function:
- Customer Service for Both International and Dometic customer, drive OTD and customer satisfactions
- Production capacity and resources planning, prepare master production schedule
- Run MRP and drive the material planning process to support production while maintain the approriate inventory level.
- Material purchasing and supplier management for both inventory supply and MRO to support operations
- Wareshoue and material storage management

Duties & Job Responsibility:
- Safety control for warehouse operations
- Drive the S&OP process review with sales team and inter-company tea, drive the forecast and demand planning
- Ensure forecast and demand in the system are maintained to drive the production and material preparations
- Ensure the material replenishment and safety stock are properly maintained to fulfill the demand
- Conduct master capacity planning monthly to align the operations resources
- Ensure proper production schedule arranged to delivery the customer demand on time
- Ensure proper material flow through manufacturing process from receiving, production to finish goods shipmnet
- Ensure daily mateiral receiving and finish goods shipment are in the right quantity and right time
- Maintain and update the MRP system to ensure the proper system data integrity along with engineering team
- Leader KANBAN and JIT program for local material and strategic mateiral like media and urethanes
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey and drive the customer service level improvement
- Ensure smooth and accuracy and effective warehouse goods transactions and accuracy
- Monthly KPI report, drive the cost reduciton and inventory optimization program
- Warehouse and stock control process management
- Implement DPS and lean iniatives in warehouse and material flow improvement
- Ensure the smooth transaction from JDE to Oracle / COMPASS system

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor or equivalent, Major in supply and material management prefered, fluent English
- Exeperience: 10+ Years manufacturing material and production planning experience, 5 + years in PMC managerial position
- Skills & Knowledge: Good command in MRP/ERP system, Sound knowledge in COMPASS / Oracle system is a plus
- Competencies : Strong leadership, able to drive Initiatives and delivery, Result oriented
- Other comments: Global company working experience with cross function and cross region customer & suppliers

Supervisory Responsibility:
- Leading PMC department consist of Customer service, Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse team
- Leading the continues improvement and standardization of the mateiral and production planning processes
- Customer focus and customer oriented, follow up and fulfill customer demand as first priority

Supplementary Information:
- Experience in massive production and manufacturing industrial, good command of mateiral supply chain processes
- Good Command in managing multiple functional team of Purchasing, mateiral and producition planning and warehouses 举报 分享
