职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、与客户进行充分沟通,进行网站视觉效果、网站幻灯片广告、专题页面、淘宝店铺等设计,并向客户进行提案取得客户认可。
2、与客户建立良好关系。
3、根据经理的分配，完成其他设计任务。

任职要求：
1、热爱设计，对设计有浓厚兴趣，二年以上网页设计、平面专题页设计、淘宝设计经验；能结合平面设计软件创意策划、制作与维护商业、企业网站。
2、熟悉整个网站的制作流程，并能独立设计制作各种类型站。
3、精通Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Illustrator等设计软件，对图片渲染和视觉效果有较好认识；
4、善于沟通、性格开朗、合作能力比较强、高度的责任感；
5、有扎实的美术功底，良好的色彩感觉、良好的创意思维和理解能力，能及时把握客户需求；
6、工作态度积极向上，能承担较大工作压力。
7、团队协作，配合项目经理的协调，高效完成创意设计。
8、优先：熟练使用DIV+CSS，能手写DIV+CSS语言。

薪资构成：基本工资+绩效工资+日常奖金（200-1000元）+销售利润提成（无封顶 1K以上 各部共享）+全勤奖+年终奖金；多劳多得，创造成果越大，薪水收入越多！

工作时间：每天7.5小时工作时间，大小周休；
