职位描述:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) team in the response Center is responsible for providing a high quality front line contact point for customers, and for various other services such as parts ordering, technical support request coordination and post call audits etc.

Responsibilities:
(1)Provide hotline service in Cantonese
(2)Follow up each service requests till the problem solved.
(3)Monitor service requests and service calls and make sure they are following the correct service policies and procedures
(4)Handle parts orders and consumable orders and process orders to meet customer delivery needs
(5)Maintain contracts into SAP/ERP system
(6) Generate regular service reports for the region
(7)Build relationships with customers and suppliers
(8)Participate in Service/Operation projects as and when required

Requirements:
(1) College Degree or above
(2) Previous Call Center experience is preferred and over 2 years of sales or service administration experience is a plus
(3) Cantonese is a must, English is a strong asset
(4) Self-managed with a sense of responsibility and accountability for their work
(5) 100% Customer focused
(6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
(7) Flexible and team minded
