This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

Job Description

Maintain Emergency Response Readiness:

* Responsible for maintaining station, grounds and apparatus as well as equipment necessary to support ER capabilities. Operation of machinery, equipment and light motor vehicles. Emergency Response preparation including Emergency Response standby, Operational Pre-planning, Emergency Response Drill Coordination, and Confined Space standby.

CDB Emergency Response:

* Responds to alarms (H2S, combustible gas, fire), safely identifying cause of alarms and reporting findings to control center. Alarms may include fire, medical, and other emergency situations. Removes individuals from dangerous/hazardous situations. Performs all activities necessary to suppress/extinguish fires consistent with the CDB Emergency Response Organization Plan. Assesses emergency medical problems and performs prescribed treatment as outlined and authorized by the CDB General Emergency Response Plan.

Gas Safety Operational Support / Routine Duties:

* Responsible for maintaining electronic gas detectors. Responsible for completing the proper documentation relating to above mentioned equipment per industry standards.

* Responsible for maintaining breathing air systems Maintains and tracks all respiratory protection equipment. Provides basic repair and maintenance of breathing air systems.

* Performs Fire Protection Systems inspection and maintenance to include: fire hydrant and fixed fire monitor inspections and preventive maintenance, deluge and sprinkler system inspections, annual fire hose testing, fire extinguisher inspection, and self-contained breathing apparatus inspections.

* Provides initial gas testing for all Confined Space entries and Hot Work operations, and may participate as Fire Watch during hot work operations, and Safety Watch during confined space entry operations.

Gas Safety Team Development:

* Participates in Gas Safety training to include the focus areas (i.e. breathing air; gas detector, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and calibration per industry standards) as well as initial and refresher H2S training and conducting training exercises and drills.

* Participates in training related to fire, medical and other emergency situations.

Qualifications

* Meet the Company's Fitness for Duty requirements which include an initial medical assessment. A detailed description for such requirements will be provided to the candidate prior to the interview.

* Must maintain a Fireman Level III Certification or obtain on after completion of the required training within two months(Note - training is arranged by Company and at Company expense).

* Must be able to obtain and maintain an driving permit applicable for the candidate's job, including the operation of an emergency truck or car as the case might be.

* College degree or above is preferred.

* Good command of written and spoken English is preferred

* Gas Safety Operations experience is preferred

* Basic computer skills in Word and Excel for data tracking and system management.

* Experience preferred for emergency response activities

气防操作支持/日常职责:

* 负责维护电子气体探测器。按照行业标准，负责完成所有上诉设备相关的文件。

* 负责维护呼吸空气系统并跟踪记录所有的呼吸防护设备。负责呼吸空气系统基本的维修和维护。

* 执行防火系统的检查和维护，包括：消火栓和固定消防炮的检查和预防性维护，雨淋和自动喷水灭火系统的检查，每年的消防水管测试，灭火器检查，以及自给式呼吸器检查。

* 为所有受限空间作业和热工作业提供初始的气体检测；可能会在热工作业期间参与消防观察；也可能会在进入密闭空间作业期间参与安全观察。

气防团队发展:

* 参与气防培训，包括重点领域培训（比如呼吸空气，气体探测器，维护，维修，故障排除和按照行业标准进行校准），硫化氢气体安全初始和复习培训，并且组织训练和演习。

* 参与有关消防，医疗及其他紧急情况的培训。

资质要求

* 满足公司对该职位体能的要求，这将包括一个初始医疗评估，体能要求的具体说明会在面试之前发给所有的应聘人员；

* 必须持有《消防战斗员等级证书（三级）》，或者在参加完培训后，在两个月试用期内取得该证书（备注-该培训由公司安排并支付费用）；

* 必须有能力获得该职位所使用的驾驶许可证， 包括应急车辆或者其他相关车辆；

* 大专以上学历优先；

* 具备良好的英语书面和口语能力者优先；

* 具有气防工作经验 者优先；

* 具备基本的电脑技能，可以利用Word, Excel等软件进行数据跟踪和系统管理；

* 具有参与应急响应活动经验者优先。
