Training Manager (Leadership Program focusing)-European Leading Industrial Company-Shanghai
Our client is a European leading company provides their innovation and products for both Automotive and Industrial customers. They are seeking a Training Manager focusing on Leadership Program, with the aim to establish very effective leadership development programs in line with company's culture, vision, core values which directly contribute to the business growth and long-term success in China.
Key responsibilities:
? Work with business partners and other training specialists to translate the leadership profile into observable and trainable behaviors and competencies in leadership development programs.
? Develop and implement a standard training curriculum with progressive leadership development programs for both existing and potential leaders in the country.
? Leverage all kinds of learning and training resources internally and externally to continuously improve the delivery amount and quality of all leadership programs.
? Work not only as the program manager, but also as a core trainer and facilitator for most leadership programs.
? Collaborate with colleagues from both China/Group training centre function and business units to develop and provide additional learning & training solutions for management & leadership development.
? Participate in and contribute to special tasks as assigned from China and Group training centre.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following experience and attributes:
? Bachelor degree or above, preferably majored in human resources management or organizational development.
? Very knowledgeable of leadership competency model and development solutions.
? 8+ years of working experience as a training & development specialist, at least 2 years focusing on managing and delivering leadership programs.
? Good track record of performance at similar job roles in international company.
? Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, preferably being a certified trainer and/or coach by renowned consultancy.
? Very passionate for assisting people with their development and career success.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English.
