职位描述：
工作职责：
- 监督维修后勤支持和供应商管理，寻求降低成本的机会
- 监督和管理备件的维修，消耗品，工艺包的成功率和生存率
- 拥有PMC模块功能 -工艺包，备件，维修，JIT和废料/再循环
- 定期对供应商进行零件清洁和备件修理的审核
- 推动和协调纠正措施项目和CIP
- 确保PMC与供应商之间顺畅的物流。与供应商和采购部合作, 对委托零部件和新技术的引进
- 与模块和供应商合作，在高运行项目，以降低成本和提高生产力
- 计划人力支持PMC的日常运行

工作要求：
- 至少大学本科及以上学历
- 至少2年晶圆半导体相关工作经验。3~5年（高级）
- 高逻辑思考和解决问题的能力
- 良好的团队合作和项目管理能力
- 良好的沟通及人际交往能力
