职位描述：
Duties:
1. Respond to the requests from the global customers in a timely manner at the customer’s site or remotely. Timely address part of the issues that do not require big development effort.
2. Deploy our product by providing the on-site/remote support.
3. Travel to customer site to provide the technical support when needs arise.
4. Work closely with the development team on the customer reported issues and provide professional information that is needed for bug fix.
5. Provide the support for customer equipment installation and configuration remotely or on-site.
      
Necessary Qualifications:
1 Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2 Experienced in Embedded Systems, Linux OS and SQL
3 Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP and MQTT protocols.
4 Strong communication skills and excellent writing and verbal skills in English and Mandarin.
5 Able to work under pressures from either the project deadlines or customers.
6 Able to manage the customer expectations and balance the customer request and internal development effort under the guidance of the management.
7 5+ years of relevant above mentioned experience International company working experience is a big plus.

Desired Qualifications:
1 Experience in automotive;
2 Experience in working with Amazon Web Services and/or cloud based systems.
3 Experience in development in Linux.
