PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
基本职责：

1. 密切关注客户订单的生产进展，结合客户需求，及时完成国内客户的发运工作，包括成品和备件。
2. 出口发运，按计划及时完成订舱、装箱计划、装箱、制作出口报关单证和国外客户端运输单证。
3. 海关加工贸易业务的管理工作，包括保税手册的申领、变更、使用和超量预警等。
4. 及时准确地完成ERP发运工作。
5. 发运的通知与跟踪，确保货物按时、完好地送达客户。
6. 发运质量的监管工作，包括本公司仓库人员和第三方物流公司。
7. 成品仓库的管理工作（所有公司内部仓库和外租仓库），包括产品出入库、标识、月度盘点、以及库存产品质量的管理工作等。
8. 国内外发运单证的收集与存档，国内发运尤其是有效的客户回单的管理，国外发运包括有效的运单、海关报关单退单等。
9. 运输和仓储费用的询价、比价、核查与付款申请。
10. 运输仓储供应商的监督和月度考核工作。
11. 部门内进出口专员的备份工作。
12. 持续改善，以KPI各指标为主要目标，不断提高工作质量和效率。
13. 部门经理指定分派的其它工作。

REQUIREMENTS
要求：

1. 大专及以上学历。
2. 熟悉自动化办公软件，如Excel/Word/ERP。
3. 两年或以上相关国内外发运和仓库管理工作经验，熟悉海关进出口加工贸易业务优先。
4. 持报关报检员资格证书优先。
5. 吃苦耐劳，责任心强，以及良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
