Qualification:
1.Male,Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field
2.4-6 years experience in automotive quality
3.Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.
4.Good problem solving skills-hainin, statistical methods, 6 sigma
5.Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
6.Excellent oral and written communications skills especially for customer interaction.
7.Fluent oral and written English.

Job Description:
1.Core team member of a project during project launch phase.
2.Create and maintain PPAP packages - control plans, AAR, PSW, etc.
3.Customer liaison for plant visits, customer issues and corrective actions
4.Manage customer complains, as the window of feedback to customer.
5.Manage supplier quality, including supplier visit, issue complaint and drive issue to close in a timely manner.
6.Support plant continuous improvement / scrap reduction projects
7.Maintain inspection instructions and coach inspectors.
8.Responsible for development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.
9.Authorized to stop line when abnormal quality split occurs.
10.Comply with EHS requirements
