职位描述：
岗位职责
1、咨询电话的接听，做好相应的信息记录；
2、定期对记录的咨询信息进行回访，告知咨询者最近的培训动态
3、对来访咨询者接待：全面、准确、有针对性的做好咨询工作，帮助咨询者了解其想了解的信息为起选择培训课程做参考；
4、负责课程的推广工作，并向学生和家长提供专业的课程体系讲解；
5、组织已报名学员的上课；
6、负责团队建设，团队管理，团队建设工作，辅助咨询师进行关单逼单；
岗位要求
1、专科以上学历，教育行业经验优先、有管理团队经验优先；
2、普通话标准，有亲和力、幽默感，沟通能力强；
3、有一定的销售、客服、接待经验，组织能力和协调能力；
4、有团队合作精神和敬业精神，执行力好，抗压能力强，富有责任心。
上班地址：青羊区清江西路一号优越教育中心，金沙银座一楼
上班时间：周休一天半，朝九晚六
