JOB DESCRIPTION
THE SEARCH FOR THE MOST APPROPRIATE PERSON IS A VITAL FACTOR FOR AN OPTIMAL USE OF OUR RESOURCES AND THE WAY TO ACHIEVE OUR OBJECTIVES.
THIS DOCUMENT IS A TOOL TO BE FILLED IN WITH THE MOST PRECISION FOR EACH OPENED.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Prescribe and provide the competitive technical & commercial proposal to be the partner with sales organization.
2. Lead the offer implementation and win the contracts.
3. Lead technical and commercial team to achieve the target
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Identify the project opportunity with sales force;
2 Prescribe and influence the customer from technical point of view.
3 Coordinate internal & external resources to give integrated solution;
4 Analysis the customer requirement and provide the technical-commercial offer;
5 Ensure the offer implementation until the obtaining of the contract;
6 Provide advices to the execution team for project implementation.
7. Review pipeline with sales teams and plan action in the section.
SPECIFIC ISSUES
Be able to give technical and commercial proposals to sales organization or customers inside China and out of China
POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANISATION
This position will play the leader in the bidding stage which will cover the whole process of pre-contract.
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Cooperate with internal functions as quotation, commercial, legal and engineering to optimize the offer and obtain the contract.
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Cooperate with sales organization to find out contracts opportunities and make them into orders.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. Good Technical background on electric system, be familiar with LV/MV switchboard
2. Related industrial tendering/sales experience at least 2 years
3. Fluent oral and written English
