职位描述：

1》负责客户面对面咨询签约，完成个人月度、季度、年度销售指标；
2》对已经签约客户进行后期定向维护，提高客户满意度，促成在读学员的续费和推荐，并完成转续的任务指标；
3》负责对市场部提供数据资源进行充分有效利用；
4》对个人数据、业绩等进行统计、完成并制作相关报表；
5》完成上级交代的其它任务。
任职要求：
1》本科及以上学历，1-3年以上少儿英语直接销售及客户服务经验（不符要求者慎投）；
2》具有少儿英语同行业销售经验者优先，个人月度业绩10万以上者优先；
3》良好的英语听说读写能力，能够作为工作语言使用；
4》良好的职业操守及抗压能力，对工作持严谨态度，认真负责，富有个人魅力，有较高思想觉悟和丰富生活阅历；
5》熟练操作Windows办公软件，例如：Word、PPT、Excel等各种软件的操作，且高效；
6》有同行资源者优先考虑；
