职位描述：
Division Chief-Pediatric Rehabilitation

Employment: Full-time

Annual Salary: 150K RMB plus (After tax)

Holidays: 2 off days per week; 40 days annual leave

Work Place: Gaoxin District, Chengdu, China

Work Experience: 5-10 years

Educational Requirement: at least bachelor degree

Job Category: Rehabilitation Therapist

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for therapy and assessment of infants' sensory and motor function, and children with cerebral palsy, autism, Down's syndrome or aphasia.

2. Facilitate team collaboration between therapists and doctors.

3.Responsible for daily management of pediatric rehabilitation division.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.Obtained their internationally qualified rehabilitation therapeutics license.

2. At least 5 years experience in rehabilitation work, or relevant areas.

3. Good command of English and good communication skills.

4. Professional and able to manage teamwork effectively.

5.Profecient with the Microsoft Office suite.

6.Highly motivated leader that is able to follow through on all promises.

7.Dedicated to giving the best care for our family and patient centered facility.

8.Posses interpersonal skills that enhance the overall cohesion and growth of the division.

9.Mulittasker that can effectively coordinate their administrative duties.

岗位职责：

1. 主要负责婴幼儿感觉运动功能的评估和治疗，对脑瘫、自闭症、唐氏综合征、失语症儿童的关爱和治疗；

2. 与医师配合开展康复治疗工作；

3. 负责儿童康复科日常管理工作。


任职要求：

1. 取得康复治疗师资格证，外籍治疗师需有国际治疗师资格认证；

2. 有5年以上医院康复科工作经历者及有相关工作经验者；

3. 英文沟通能力优秀；

4. 语言表达清晰、流畅、具有良好的交流沟通能力，亲和力；

5. 有良好的团队管理能力；
