Job Purpose:
Connect business processes, technologies and users through business analysis, solution finding, project management and application lifecycle management, in the area of Sales and Marketing related business processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1.Align and represent IM service and solution for Sales and Marketing related business processes such as digital marketing initiatives, by studying business processes, gathering information and delivering solutions;
*Gather and analyze business requests regarding Sales and Marketing processes;
*Translate the requirements to specific software requirements through requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation;
*Benchmark and introduce viable technologies to build sound business processes in a manner which creates efficiencies and maintain operating flexibility;
*Communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners in delivering requirements document, use cases, system design specification etc.;
*Participate in supplier solicitation and selection process;
2.Manage and execute IM projects with external and internal partners, ensure that projects are delivered within base lined scope, schedule, cost, and quality;
*Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
*Develop and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
*Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
*Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
*Manage vendor staff;
*Track project milestones and deliverables;
*Prepare and present presentations and status reports to management and internal customers;
*Facilitates team (including vendor staff) and internal customers regular meetings effectively, keeps project team well informed of changes;
*Document system issues, business requirements and modifications, with appropriate signature and approval;
*Prepare test plans and test cases based on requirements and technical specifications; execute test using defined methodologies for manual and/or automated tests;
*Isolate, reproduce and track bugs and verify bug fixes; analyze test results to verify functionality and recommend corrective action in the case of failure;
*Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
*Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately;
3.Provides technical support to end users and ensure proper training programs are developed and conducted, ensure the reliability, availability and performance of the systems, monitor KPIs and provide reports to IM management;
4.Work with IM team to assess the security risks on the systems according to security standard, and provide the solution to mitigate the risks;
5.Engage in other IM initiatives and projects assigned, has accountability for meeting commitments and deadlines;

Educational qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above or combined equivalent of education and experience, preferable in Management Information System, Computer Science and Software Engineering.

Experience:
?At least five years' work experience with three years focus on Sales, Marketing and/or CRM systems and processes with knowledge of business and system analysis;
?Strong experience with project management, sound knowledge in software engineering and application lifecycle management;
?High degree of analytical skills to be able to assess the impact of changes on different business systems and people;
?Fluent in English, both written and verbal;
?Strong ability in technical document and presentation compilation;
?PMP or Prince2 certificate is preferred;
?Experience in agile (scrum) projects is preferred;
?Exposure to SAP full lifecycle project is a plus;
?ITIL experience and training is a plus;
?Hands-on knowledge in Microsoft Project and SharePoint;
?Self-motivator, responsible and proactive work ethics and a team player;
?Background in agricultural industry is a plus.

The Dow Chemical Company and DuPont have announced their intent to combine in an all-stock merger of equals. The merger is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2017 and the new company will be named DowDuPont. Within 18-24 months of the merger, DowDuPont intends to spinoff entities resulting in three separate and independent publicly traded companies, subject to regulatory and board approval.
