职位描述：
工作职责：
？ 根据公司战略目标，参与建立、健全行政管理制度，并贯彻落实；
？ 做好公司后勤管理工作，对办公室环境、安全等工作进行督导及完成；
？ 负责办公用品的保管、发放及盘点工作；
？ 负责固定资产及低值易耗品的登记、维护及盘点工作；
？ 公司档案、证照、公章管理；
？ 负责公司车辆及滴滴企业版用车的管理；
？ 负责员工宿舍的管理；
？ 负责服务类的采购工作；
？ 公司领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
？ 全日制大专以上学历；工商管理类相关专业毕业优先；
？ 熟悉各项行政工作流程，熟练掌握各项办事流程；
？ 良好的电脑操作技能，能够熟练使用office等办公软件；
？ 较强的人际交往能力与协调能力，有较强的责任感与敬业精神；
？ 工作积极、认真细心、有耐心、善于沟通，具有团队工作精神；
？ 较强的工作计划能力，工作执行力强，追求高效；
