职位描述：

Purpose of the Job

Represents the Quality function during all steps of the Project and ensures customer satisfaction within the Project through strict application of DFQ

Is a Member of the Project Core Team and as a result:

·Ensures the Project Manager has full visibility on all quality aspects of the project and represents the Project Manager in front of the Customer for quality.

·Has delegation from the Project Manager for all topics related to quality at each level of the project including all elements of the hierarchy of the project.

·Carries out all necessary preventive and corrective actions including CONQ reduction actions and Return on Experience management.

Ensures that the internal processes needed for the Project Quality management system are defined, deployed, implemented, monitored and maintained.

Responsibilities

· Authorizes product delivery and presentation to the Customer

· Can stop production

· Checks the efficiency of corrective actions and the products validation

· Is in charge of the scheduling consistency of design reviews in relation to gate reviews

· Prepares (and convokes for) gate reviews:

• Checks GR data, analyses gap, perform readiness assessment
• Manages corrective actions and close GR
• Evaluates compliance to the DFQ GR project on a project / program

· Participates in design reviews

· Is in charge of the Project Quality Reports

Active member of the decision for GO Validation and GO Series.

Quality Planning:

· Builds the Quality Assurance Plan and corresponding organisation in the project,

· Participates in the definition of the Quality targets for all Work packages of the project

· Ensures that formal management milestones (Gate reviews, Tests, Audits) are planned and consistent

Quality Assurance:

·Monitor the quality progress within the Project:

- Progress of “Q” targets + gap analysis (delay, causes)

- Implementation of Gate Reviews (on time / delayed, % GO), defects and open issues

- Animates problem solving using 8D tool and reports to management including Top 10 issues

- CONQ per WP and per project

- Customer satisfaction level

- Build and follow up of the quality dashboards

·Organises on a regular basis internal quality meetings including Alstom sites quality network and external as required.

·Ensures an efficient implementation of Requirement Management related to product final quality or customer satisfaction

·Ensures an efficient implementation of Risk Management practices (FMEA…) by anticipating risk related to the product final quality or customer satisfaction (Quality Control)

·Organises / performs quality audits, manages the Non Conformity Report (NCR), as deviations from product requirements or from applicable processes

·Arranges capture and capitalization of REX, customer feedback…

Requirements

·Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering

·3-5 years of working experience in industrial Project/manufacturing

·Solid knowledge of quality assurance and good in communication skills

·Good English skill both in written and spoken, French is a plus.

·Good command in MS Office applications.
