职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．完成年度项目签约及回款任务；
2. 组织编写、更新销讲资料和培训资料，培训销售人员；
3．提出开盘、销售计划，组织销售、开盘；
4．拟订各阶段销售及推广策略；
5．拟订房屋价格、以及售房合同中关于交房时间、交房标准和付款方式的条款；
6．研究客户、市场、竞争对手和销售，编制调查分析报告 ；
7．拟订项目营销费用计划，控制销售运行成本；
8．处理售场突发事件；
9．提交月度计划、总结、资金计划；分解月度计划；完成每月营销简报；组织项目动态跟踪表；

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，专业不限；
2、大型地产公司5-8年以上营销管理岗位经验，由突出、优秀项目业绩；
3、抗压能力强，具备一定自我驱动力 。 举报 分享
