Key responsibilities:
? To be the single point of contact person that handles engine sales issues - from CEP standpoint.
? Coordinate CEP internal activities required for engine/components external sales.
? Being the CEP representative working with leading internal VCC functions/organizations (Alliance Offices in Gbg. and Shanghai, Finance, etc…) and follow directions and strategies given.
? Interface with both Volvo Car internal and external entities in executing approved engine/component sales.
? Working with Alliance Office and customer to ensure required documents are in place for the sale (Contract, Purchase Order, etc.)
? Once approved, coordinate execution of customer orders and special requirements within CEP functions - Production, MP&L, PLM, Quality, Finance, etc.
? Sales record management.
? Plan and organize sales meetings.

Develop and manage sales process
Collaborate closely with Business Alliance Office in Gothenburg/Shanghai and Finance
Bring in tasks to sales meetings for decision
Qualification:
Business acumen
University degree
Good knowledge of internal VCC process/organization
Motivated and result driven
Good English both oral and written
