职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates knowledge of software development techniques and fluency in software languages and application programming interfaces.
- Demonstrates general understanding of hardware/software platforms including but not limited to operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers and integration technologies.
- Plans and executes system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.
- Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of architecture standards and database and operating systems.
- Demonstrates problem solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages.
- Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.
- Demonstrates knowledge of software development, life cycle, modeling of business processes, application design patterns, businesss /functional documents. Estimates to high level business requirements and provide options analysis.

Education & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in related field preferred
- Expert knowledge of three or more technologies preferred
- Experience in working across multiple systems, technologies, and integration scenarios;
- Experience in overseeing quality of deliverables created by development team;
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in analyzing requirements of, designing, developing, and implementing complex, scalable line-of-business enterprise solutions;
- Demonstrated ability in setting technology direction and overseeing successful delivery and/or support of technology solutions preferred;
- Demonstrated ability of excelling in a fast-paced team environment and effectively driving cross-functional team solutions that have complex dependencies and requirements;
- Experience working in teams using Agile development methodologies;
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Experience with master data/big data processing system or hospital system solutions is a plus.

Job Skills
- Web application development using Java, SSH, MVC, HTML5, CSS3;
- JavaScript (and popular libraries such as knockout.js, angular.js, react.js, etc.), JSON as well as node.js
- Development of RESTful web services;
- Object-oriented design and development;
- Recommending solution architecture and design;? Design and programming of relational and NoSql databases (e.g. Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB);
- Influencing, coaching, and developing other technical leaders on the team;
- Collaborating with diverse business teams on a daily basis to understand the business needs, asking the right questions to consider all risks/possibilities, providing accurate effort estimation, and proactively generating effective solutions;
- Be familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodology, understanding lean startup.
