工作地点：德阳什邡市

职责：

-负责安全员和安全协调员进行工作安排及监督；

-领导编制安全规程，并确保工厂作业符合安全要求；

-确保工厂管理层有足够的技术和工具进行安全文化的持续提高；

-执行“永远安全”的理念，建立机制鼓励全员参与；

-跟踪相关法律法规变化，与相关部门沟通，确保公司安全管理符合国家法律和本地法规的要求；

-监督事故报告，进行事故分析，事故数据统计；

-组织进行内部和外部安全审查，提出整改意见，监控整改效果，确保整改措施得到实施；

-定期开展EHS相关培训，安全文化活动等；

-其他专项工作的执行和跟进。

资质/要求：

-大专及以上学历，安全工程或其他相关理工类专业；

-4年以上EHS相关工作经验（至少1年的EHS管理工作经验）；

-具有EHS相关资质证书者优先考虑（注册安全工程师以及政府行政主管部门颁发的其他相关资质证书）；

-熟练的英语读写能力，听说熟练者优先；

-熟练使用Office办公软件及其应用（Word, Excel, PPT）；

-思路清晰，心理素质稳定，优秀的抗压能力，沟通能力及执行力。
