Roles and Responsibilities:


Lead finance teams to handle subsidiary plant and JV plants finance job, main duties and actives are to: ,

1.Lead finance teams to handle daily accounting job and month-end reporting job to ensure financial information is reliable, consistent and complete.

2.Lead finance teams to prepare periodic budgeting and forecasting , contribute to the analysis of variance and propose appropriate corrective actions

3.Lead finance teams to work with China and region tax team to handle subsidiary plant tax provision, filing and other tax related issues.

4.Develop ,execute and maintain internal control procedures of subsidiary plant and JV plants

5.Lead finance teams to work together with china and region compliance teams to ensure the business activities of subsidiary plant and JV plants are compliable to company compliance policies

6.Lead finance teams to act as business partner of operation departments , including manufacture costs review, quotation elaboration, financial justification for new business acquisition, review financial impact of current and future projects

7.Develop finance teams of subsidiary plant and JV plants

8.Other task assigned by country controller


Qualifications:


1.Bachelor degree in Finance and accounting (with in depth understanding and experience of costing)

2.At least 8-10 years working experience in International manufacturing company

3.At least 5 years management experience as the finance manager

4.Fluent in English and good at Microsoft office software

5.Good team work spirit, good personalities and management skill.
