Job Description:

· To manage, implement and maintain suppliers's quality according to ISO/API Quality Management System.
· To supervise the activities of the Quality Group
· Establish, allocate and coordinate resources for and maintain the schedule of internal and external quality audits
· To design, install and maintain reliability database for quality
· To determine the optimum preventative maintenance program for all products out sourced
· To work closely with product engineering and manufacturing on technical transfer form plant to suppliers
· To provide quality advice and input to questionnaires, prequalifications, tenders and contracts
· To initiate or participate in investigations into root causes or potential causes of failure, and ensure continuous improvement
· To insure effective control over the Quality Systems Documentation.
· To manage the process of corrective actions and report to the Sourcing Manager any failures in the system
· To relate with all departments internally and externally as necessary to maintain and enhance the company's reputation for quality
· Strive to increase the quality awareness of all employees and insure that all subcontractors and suppliers are aware of our requirements

Qualification:
· Bachelor's or above degree in engineering or science with knowledge in Quality Management Systems and statistical techniques
· 3+ years experience with an oilfield service company in a position of quality assurance
· 3+ years of supervisory experience on quality management
· Good communication skills both verbally and in writing to all levels within the company, customers and external agencies
· Sound organizational abilities with strong leadership
· Computer literate, knowledge of MS office and ERP system
· Fluent in both written and spoken English
· Engineering background or degree, with knowledge of metallurgy and failure analysis
· Knowledge of quality principles
· Must be able to accurately read/interpret drawings, specifications, etc.
· Presentation skills enabling effective demonstration of concepts, findings and recommendations to management, customers, suppliers, external agencies and auditors
· Methodical investigative skills in failure analysis and materials recommendation
· Proficiency in formal auditing techniques
