Responsibilities职责:

Organize Plan and Perform Quality Audits of suppliers, upon request from Industrial Quality & Compliance.

Provide an assessment of quality in place with regards to material compliance, as well as regulatory and quality requirements. Identify gaps and area of improvement.

Ensure the establishment of acceptable action plan to remediate identified deficiencies

Being a local quality contact between the Suppliers and internal customers to facilitate follow up of improvements and exchange of quality information

Perform audits on suppliers and providing expertise regarding quality assessment of suppliers

Continually measure quality system performance of suppliers

Work with suppliers and sourcing team to follow up implementation of corrective actions plan, verification of efficiency and continuous improvement

Qualification 任职要求:

Certified ISO lead auditor; ISO认证审核员
Bachelor degree or above; 本科或以上学历
Minimal 5 years of quality control / assurance working experience including 3 years of auditing experience; 5年以上质量控制/质量保证工作经验，3年以上质量审核经验
Machinery background; 机械类专业背景
Familiar with all types of measuring instruments; 熟悉各种检测仪器
Good English both speaking and writing; 良好的英文口语，书面表达能力
Straightforward, high efficiency; 正直，工作具有效率
High frequency of travel. 能适应频繁出差
