Responsibilities:

1.Works closely with project manager to continue improve and insure qualify manufacturing processes.

2.Develops methods and procedures to accomplish overall assigned manufacturing goals.

3.Acts as technical advisor to teams, provide technical support for management ,suppliers and other functional groups to facilitate process improvements and cost control.

Handles outsourcing mechanical control ,including but not limited to the new supplier selection and periodic review, processing process control, delivery follow-up , orders issued and other matters.

Requirements:

1.Extensive knowledge of assigned product lines and petroleum manufacturing background preferred .

2.Ability to work independently and within a team environment with limited direct supervision.

3.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and willing to travel frequently.

4.Thorough working knowledge of principles, practices, concepts and theories of assignment.

5.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. With 3+ years experience in production/manufacturing.

6.Experience with Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing preferred

7.Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Intermediate level Excel and CAD skills required.
