Job Description

1. Responsible for on-site quality inspection of casting, familiar with the casting process and techniques;
2. to help vendors improve product casting process.
3. Assist in timely implementation of the product delivery.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Material Forming and Control Engineering. CET 4 or above. Fluent in oral English.

2. 5-year technical working experience with large and medium-sized casting enterprise.

3. Be familiar with CAD. Skilled in at least one three-dimension design software (Por/E, SolidWorks), plus casting simulation software (procast, anycasting or HZ CAE).

4. Be familiar with ISO Quality Management System. Know PPAP and FMEA well.

5. Assist in the completion of sampling process for assigned projects. Develop technical process documents, track and verify the effectiveness of documents.

6. Give technical instructions and trainings to shop floor workers. Help Quality Department and Production Department supervise that the production is carried out strictly in accordance with relevant standards, process and regulations by production personnel. Help with process and quality issues.

7. High ethical standards and commitment to work. Ability to work in frequent business travel working environment.
