职位描述：
1、 给排水、暖通、机电、电气自动化工程等相关专业，并具有相关专业职称。具备5年以上水、电、安装施工现场管理经验。
2、 掌握给排水、暖通、高低压电工程基础知识，掌握水电工程施工流程和施工管理要点，熟悉水、高低压电安装工程规范和相关质量检验评定标准、验收规范，建筑设备等专业知识，能掌握水电、安装工程（概）预算专业知识。
3、 熟悉工程施工流程和施工管理要点，能独立解决工程施工中遇到的质量技术问题，具备对水电安装工程项目质量、成本、进度整体把握控制能力，审图能力强，熟悉本专业材料设备性能。
4、 配合项目经理组织该项目的技术性工作，接受项目经理的领导。
5、 组织有关人员熟悉图纸并参加图纸会审。
6、 负责编写施工组织设计，施工方案和项目质量计划。组织编制月度或工程关键部位保证质量、安全、节约的技术措施计划，并贯彻执行。
7、 负责现场施工技术工作，并对现场有关人员进行交底；指导各专业技术人员、管理人员工作。
8、 组织分部工程的质量检查和质量评定，竣工预检，参加竣工验收。
9、 组织施工现场定期与不定期的质量检查，并落实整改措施。参与质安事故的调查和处理。
10、组织解决项目中的技术质量难题，并做好项目上解决技术问题的原始记录。
11、负责对材料采购数量及进场质量的核对和把关。
12、较强的语言表达和沟通能力，具有较强的组织协调能力，熟练掌握日常办公软件，熟练使用AutoCAD等绘图软件。
