职位描述
岗位要求：
1．28—40岁，大学专科及以上学历，视觉传达、广告、市场营销等相关专业；
2．三年以上大型时尚流行百货商场或购物中心工作经验。熟悉百货商场企划工作流程、品牌企划、品牌推广、活动策划、营销文案写作、费用预算等；善于规划、整合媒介资源，将营销与宣传、品牌等要素进行有机结合，提升企业品牌形象和影响力；熟悉奢侈品行业消费现状；
3．具有优秀的组织、协调、分析、谈判、突发事件处理、公文写作等能力；思维敏锐、独到，头脑灵活，善于分析、判断客户需求，能承受较高的工作压力；
4．普通话标准，优秀的职业操守、礼仪习惯、职业形象和服务意识；心态恒定，善于与人交流沟通，对待工作热忱、耐心，有责任心；
5．熟练使用Photoshop、CorelDraw及办公软件，具有成都地区大型百货企划成功案例者优先。
