1、性别不限，专业不限，大学专科及以上学历；
2、具3年以上国际品牌招商工作经验，熟悉商业地产各种业态和品牌资源，熟悉项目招商流程，有招商渠道及品牌客户资源；
3、形象气质好，积极热情，工作责任心强，具备优秀的文字和口头表达能力，能熟练操作办公软件，熟悉合同法、物权法以及其它专业市场管理相关的法律法规；
4、具有良好的商务谈判能力、沟通协调能力、分析判断能力，良好的团队合作精神和职业操守。
