主要职责:
1. 根据公司发展分析及收集员工培训需求，制定公司年度培训工作计划；
2. 设计并开发培训课程，协助上司建立并完善公司的培训体系和各项培训流程；
3. 组织并实施新员工入职培训，在职员工培训等；
4. 建立培训档案库，跟踪与巩固培训效果与培训反馈；
5. 负责培训行政工作，包括控制培训支出，撰写培训报告；
6. 拓展培训渠道和培训资源，选择并与培训中介机构协调，为公司员工提供符合标准的培训课程；

职位要求:
1. 本科以上学历，人力资源、心理学、管理学等相关专业毕业；2-3年培训管理岗位工作经验；
2. 思维敏捷、条理清晰、应变能力强、亲和力强，善于沟通协调，有优秀的演讲技巧和文案功底；
3. 有强烈的责任心和创新意识，良好的组织和协调能力，富有团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；
4. 有百货、酒店、航空、高端服务等公司的同岗位工作经验者优先。
