- Reports to the Project Director. Supports the Business Planning, Marketing and Finance teams in conceptualizing the feasibility study, planning and positioning of new developments and products
- Provide technical support to Project Director in acquisition of properties and conduct technical due diligence
- Provide technical support for on-going projects and projects in the pipeline
- Assist in preparing project design brief
- Assist to develop overall project management strategy and objectives Provide input to engineering, operating and capital cost estimates.
- Review and evaluate all technical drawings, standard specifications and calculations. Prepare and / or review project standard specifications and design criteria. Participates in and contribute to design and technical development.
- Develops construction strategy, contract packaging strategy and manage construction cost.
- Participates in reviewing and evaluating construction bids and/or quotations.
- Contribute to the effective and fair management of sub-Contractors in accordance with the contract conditions.
- Responsible for the construction process. Monitors and manages the project during construction to ensure that it is within agreed scope and that the work is being performed in compliance with specifications and expectations.
- Coordinates with Architecture Design consultants and MEPF disciplines.
- Contact with relevant municipal authorities, including planning bureau, construction bureau and fire marshal, to collect information like design criteria, and comments. Assists in resolving permitting issues.
- Prepare project report for management covering project progress, cost and schedule status, ensuring visibility of key project risks, trends and areas of concern
- Close out project including certification, handover, close-out review / report, project metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Civil or Structural)
- 8 years minimum engineer design experience in Civil/Structural engineering within a similar industry
- Registered Structural Engineer
- Familiar with local building codes and practices
- Ability to work with clients/customers as well as manage consultants and authorities
- Hands on contributor willing to do detailed work in a small, growing office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
