职位描述

Key deliverables:

?Lead the BPI team

?Lead key process improvement projects

?Coach and support process improvement specialists (GB's) in the team

?Execute training plan for the process in the site. Provide feedback for continuous improvement of the training program

?Responsible for BCP

?Timely and quality MIS and ad-hoc data analysis to identify areas of performance improvement

?Drive implementation of standardization initiatives in the site


Green belt or black belt certification will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Process/System control, support and Test: Responsible for governing the production as per Standard Operation Procedures. Supervise the team coordinate with production team in GSC Site to test the new procedures (including SOP and Exceptions), analyse the result, address CENGSC and CENFIN (or other BU) with related information, provide positive suggestion constructively in order to simply the procedures make it easy for both our customers and ourselves.

Training, continuous learning & Knowledge management: Responsible for supervise the functional training and education, user competencies development according to our business needs. Drive the continuous improvement mindset across the GSC Finance and Accounting Process Department.

? Responsible for ensure success implementation of system, ensure the production team is properly trained and guided.

Productivity Improvement, KPI scorecards and Improvement projects: As the project manager with especial focus on internal efficiencies and increased customer satisfaction. Initiate project base on production requirements to help production team continuously making improvement. Focus in maintaining simple and standardised processes easily transferable in contingency situation.

People Leadership: Supervise the team, providing daily support on systems and processes. Ensure all finance and accounting systems operate normally, enabling the production team to operate a stable process environment. Resolve internal and external conflicts in team with a timely fashion. Responsible for Coaching the team and provide supports when ever needed by the teams. Responsible for motivation of the team, seeking opportunity for continuous development, being open for innovations. Participate in annual appraisal preparations, provide supports, and ensure a fair result on performance appraisal evaluation in the team.

Planning and Administration: Ensure company policies are executed accordingly (refer to Employment Contract and Handbook), responsible for communication of company policies through the team members. Encourage staff /team leaders to have a yearly leave planning. Over-time approval

Local Management: Organisation development, internal set-up reviews to streamline organisation as per development strategies.

? Participant in management weekly meeting, assist GSC Finance and Accounting Process Manager in decision making by providing constructive opinions according to the analytic report data.

Position Specifications:



? E University graduated or bearing similar professional qualification in the same or related field or bearing a lower academic achievement but with vast working experience
? Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting activities in a BPO or Captive.
? Project management skill preferred.
? Process Excellence skills preferred (Black Belt)
? People management skills, Coaching and mentoring skills

? Excellent command of spoken and written English.
? Good communication skill and interpersonal skills, be able to build good working relationship (internal and external).
? Demonstrated leadership skills, be able to lead, motivate and engage the team members.
