岗位描述：

1、 指导、协助客户收集、整理签证所需材料；

2、 负责团队、个人签证资料的编制、表格填写、团队预约、邀请函、资料审查与复审、签证约签等工作；

3、 能够独立完成签证资料填写,问讯答疑及送签等整个流程；

4、 善于沟通，工作责任心强，工作细致认真；

5、 热爱旅游行业，团队意识强；

6、 为销售及操作部门提供签证知识支持与服务；

7、 及时了解各使馆签证动态，获取签证最新准确信息。

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，英语4级以上，需有签证类工作经验者特别是美国加拿大签证工作经验至少1年以上；

2、 性格开朗，待人热情，吃苦耐劳。对工作有高度的责任心，具备良好的团队精神并能够熟练使用各类办公软件；

3、 有良好的英语读写能力，具备可独立完成各种商务资料和信函的中英文翻译工作，善于与人沟通；

4、有较好的行业资源，熟悉签证流程，成功率高的人员优先。
