We are looking for a data controller who will work closely with our software development team and IT team to produce, convert, check and distribute data for our internal application and FTP clients using automated conversion methods and to perform data management. Main focus is on converting data, preparing it for use in our internal application as well as checking and preparing output data using XML and DTD format for our FTP clients.

Responsible for:
- Data converting
- Data (quality) checking
- Data distributing, internally and externally
- Data backup -Graphic design tasks if required
- Corporate Internet/Intranet publication and content management
主要职责：

What we ask:
- A College degree or above, written and spoken English abilities
- Specific knowledge/experience on data control, data base and data production
- Good knowledge of XML & DTD
- Knowledge of different image files types such as TIF, PDF etc.
- Familiar with Windows simple commands
- Ability of writing SQL statements
- Experience of using FTP -Knowledge of compressing formats such as .Zip or .Rar
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Office applications, especially Excel
- Patience and careful attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills -Ability to work under stress
