Job summary

As a regional sales engineer, the sales need to set up, develop and maintain the relationship with the customer in specified scope. The main work is to hit budget target within the scope. The sales must learn and match the customer’s real demand and requirement.

Summary of essential job functions

1.Develop the business on Oil & Gas industry in northern China
2.Set up and maintain good relationship with targeted accounts
3.Collect competitor information in Oil & Gas industry and set up customer management information
4.Ensure the effective business processes and seek for continuous improvement
5.Daily operation on communication with customer include inquiring, contracting, customer service, etc

Minimum requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above majoring in mechanical engineering and automation or related.
2.Above 2 years sales experience in valve or oil & gas industry is preferred.
3.Above 2 years working experience in MNC is preferred.
4.Customer focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability.
5.Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills.
6.Good English reading, writing and good computer skills.
7.Teamwork spirit and well time management.
8.Could work under pressure and travel frequently
