职位描述：
素质要求：
工民建及相关专业毕业，大专以上学历，至少3年公共建筑的室内装修经验；应具有管理工程项目、配合设计、控制工程预算、制作工程进度表、进行施工组织设计的能力；具有良好的沟通能力，熟练使用CAD、Project及其他常用办公软件，具有团队合作精神；有建造师证书（一级或二级）；英文流利者优先。

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree majored in Civil & Construction or equivalent.,
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar industry and with educational qualifications of a related field.
*The successful candidate should have the ability to manage construction projects, coordinate with design, control budgets, plan/prepare schedules/reports.
*Good communication skills, computer skills, Strong team work spirit.
* Posses Construction Division Certificate
