Active Network, the leading provider of online registrations in the world, is seeking a highly talented product development lead to join its Development team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a distributed team of software engineers building the next-generation applicationfor the company. The system must be highly scalable, provide low latency for transaction processing functions, and deliver a high degree of configurability to clients. The projects you deliver will be critical to the overall success of Active Network.

Job Responsibilities:

· Work with Development Manager, take technical leadership to coordinate estimation, design review, code review, and participant the architecture improvement.

· Work in development team to deliver the technical solutions and product releases.

Qualifications

· Experienced on web-based, software as a service product, ideally a high-transaction system

· Proficiency ingeneral programming concepts and specifically web technologies.

· Excellent analytical ability and trouble shooting skills.

· 6+ years experience on J2EE web-based application development is required,

· Experienced and desire to become an expert in several technologies described below:
- HTML, Spring, Hibernate, WebService, Sql-server/ Oracle.

· B.Sc. (or higher degree) in Computer Science with above average results

· Self-driven with a "making a difference" attitude

· A team player with good communication skills

· Strong English communication skills is a plus

· Experience of offshore projects is a plus.
