1.作为北美君的形象代表，用极佳的耐心与沟通执行力和粉丝们友好互动，回复解答粉丝的折扣问题，跟进及处理粉丝投诉，同时巩固北美君在粉丝心中的品牌形象；
2.以用户体验为第一，协调网站和用户需求，提升用户对网站的满意度；
3.了解公司动态和各部门产品信息，以帮助解决用户提出的关于网站的各类问题；
4.对外倾力打造知心北美君形象，让北美省钱快报不只对折扣信息高度敏感，而且对在美国生活的方方面面大小话题，都可以和大家聊。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.熟悉了解北美省钱快报，对折扣信息敏感，对美妆、时尚等产品有深入了解；
3.对工作有责任心，有耐心；
