职位描述：
1、遵守公司各项制度和规定，服从店长管理，完成阶段性销售任务；
2、熟练掌握产品知识，了解铺内不同顾客的需要并提供引导服务，以促进店铺整体销售；
3、根据公司统一形象标准，保证货架上所有货品的陈列符合要求；
4、负责收集客户建议和意见，及时反馈给店长并协助进行改进；
5、定期参加公司组织的培训，了解产品知识、提高销售技巧、提高服务质量等；
6、注重宣传和维护企业的品牌形象；
7、负责日常商品的陈列、清洁、安全等。
任职要求：
1、高中以上学历，18-28岁，；
2、形象气质佳，亲和力强，口齿伶俐，普通话标准、流利；
3、具备较强的工作责任心和团队合作精神；
4、热爱零售行业，有一定的敏锐度；
5、有良好的顾客服务意识及沟通能力，具备一定的销售技巧，工作主动积极，有责任心。
