Qualifications:
We are seeking a Support Technician in our back office team to deal with SN tickets and monthly sprint tasks for maintenance of parts of corporate and customer facing applications in Active, includes Oracle EBS, SalesForce and etc.

Responsibilities:
? Ticket Master to reassign daily SN ticket/Enhancements/Defects
? Complete SN ticket/enhancements/defects/story task within SLA
? Daily Lockbox processing on US business day
? Daily email monitoring on Closed Opportunity without order and fix it asap
? Monthly Sprint Story Tasks on configuration
? Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education/Experience:
? Experience working in an administrative/operational support role preferred
? Strong understanding of web-based applications and Microsoft Office
? Extremely organized and detail focused
? Ability to analyze mass amount of information accurately and independently.
? Ability to document complex technical and workflow processes in plain English.
? Clearly and effectively express ideas via speech and writing in English.
? Knowledge & experience with Oracle EBS and SalesForce is a plus. 举报 分享
