Job Description:
-Coach, motivate team member and responsible for their proper career development plan
-Manage daily physical operation in warehouse, including receiving, storing, commission, packing, issuing and cycle counting etc.
- Implement logistic plans and management to ensure quality delivery to meet customer requirements
- Implement, review, maintain and improve warehouse regulations, work procedure and flows
-Manage import, export, customs operations, domestic transportation, material services and finished goods warehouse operations
-Responsible for matching between physical stock location and system location
-Ensure safety work in warehouse; manage warehouse equipments and tools in good condition
-Responsible for business process and warehouse management system setup, execution and improvement.
-Coordinate with other departments to perform better material commission process and make sure 0 line down due to warehouse manual mistake
- Responsible for 5S management, and lead continuous improvement of warehousing function
-Other administrative and projects duties assigned by superiors

Qualification:
-University degree in engineering background or related
-8 years related experiences, plus 5 years management experience in manufacturing industry
-Strong interpersonal communication skill and leadership
-Computer literate in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiar with SAP system
-Good oral and written English
