Job Title: HSE Advisor

Location: Chengdu

Report to: GM of Global Sourcing Chengdu Office

Job Scope:

Develops & conducts employee safety programs designed to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regional regulations

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for establishing HSE management system, promoting safety culture among sole-founded and JVs manufacturing plant in china.

2. Prepare Safe Operating Practices and make sure all operations in the plants comply with those practices.
3. Ensure management of the plants have sufficient technical resources and equipments to maintain a continuous improvement in Safety Culture.
4. Put into practice “Zero Incidents” culture; frame a mechanism for all employees to participate in Safety promotion.
5. Keep track with changes on laws and regulations, make sure all operations in plants comply with current laws and regulations.
6. Monitor incidents, analyze incidents and keep incident records.
7. Update safety rules based on changes of situations.
8. Lead internal and organize external audits, rise suggestions, monitor outcomes of the corrective measures, make positive outcomes happen.
9. Safety trainings to both plants and Global Sourcing Office

Job Requirement

1. Major in HSE or at least 3 years of HSE working experience;
2. Good knowledge of manufacturing;
3. Good written English communication ability as minimal requirement;
4. Outstanding communication skills;

5. Responsible, self-motivated.
