职位描述
Job Purpose:A/P transaction, A/P aging report, Tax declaration
Principal Accountabilities:
Check to match invoice with GRN & delivery document to ensure comply with company's policy
Arrange payment schedule to control DPO
Accrue recurring-expense
Reconcile inter-company AP balance
Deal with taxation declaration
Cost Related: Inventory management, cost and revenue reporting forecast, monthly management reporting and analysis package and other cost related function assigned
Other duties assigned by management
Education or Working Experience:
College in Accounting, Finance related; Minimum 1~3 year working experience.
General Skill:
Written and verbal English Skill
Working knowledge of Microsoft office Application and SAP
Good interpersonal and Communication Skill
Team Player
