职位概要:全面负责新产品开发和产品的技术改进，组织技术支持以及部门技术创新工作主要工作职责:1）参与编制技术发展战略规划；
2）新产品开发管理和项目管理；
3）技术管理及支持；
4）研发、生产各部门协作机制的建立与管理；工作经验:
1、6年以上研发管理经验
2、精通数字、模拟电路以及高速电路设计，熟悉CPU或单片机原理；
3、熟悉光通讯产品规范、相关技术，熟悉各种通讯系统设备，具有光模块（SFP/XFP/SFP+/X2/XenPak/Transponder等）丰富的硬件研发及管理经验者优先
4、工作思路清晰、能主导并策划产品研发的所有流程。Job Summary:Responsible for new product development and technology improvement, Organizing technology support and department technology innovationResponsibilities :1）Participate in compile techonology development strategy.

4）Constitute and manage team work system between RD and production departmentExperience:1. Experienced in RD management for more than six years.
2. Being versed in digital circuit, analog circuit and high speed circuit design. Being familiar with CPU and MCU theory
3. Priority for anyone be familiar with specification and technology relatived with optical communication and experienced in 10G optical transceiver (XFP/SFP+/X2/XenPak/Transponder and so on) design and management.
